About General Health Calculators

Our free general health calculators cover everyday wellness needs like heat index, air quality, sleep and strength. Practical tools for daily life in Pakistan’s climate and lifestyle.

About General Health Calculators

These four tools handle the health numbers everyday life in Pakistan throws at you: the heat index (Rothfusz regression) tells you what a humid 40°C day actually feels like — and when outdoor work becomes dangerous; the AQI-to-cigarettes converter turns Lahore-grade smog PM2.5 into Berkeley Earth’s cigarette equivalence (PM2.5 ÷ 22); the sleep calculator times your bed or alarm to 90-minute sleep cycles so you wake at a cycle’s end; and the one rep max calculator (Epley formula) converts any submaximal lift into your estimated max plus a percentage table for training. Different topics, one idea: the right number, explained properly, at the moment you need it.

FAQ

When is the heat index most useful?

May–July, before outdoor events, labour, or travel. Above a 41°C heat index, limit exposure; above 54°C, avoid it.

Why convert AQI to cigarettes at all?

Because µg/m³ means nothing to most people; “like smoking 10 cigarettes” lands instantly. It’s communication built on epidemiology, and it motivates protection.

Do I need all four of these?

Use them as life needs: heat index in summer, AQI in winter smog, sleep year-round, 1RM in training blocks.
